In a record high for the firm, BDO promotes over 1000 people
Top 10 firm BDO has promoted a record number of 1,110 people across the firm’s tax, audit, advisory and support functions.

Developments in technology continue to push the boundaries of the traditional accountancy profession, however it’s the ability of our people to adapt, innovate and provide commercial insight to clients that underpins our success.”

BDO also appointed a new partner last month, and 24 others in the past financial year.
The firm has launched a new internal wellbeing strategy emphasising the importance of mental health, as well as a new personal development framework designed to empower employees to steer their learning and development within the firm.
