Graham England worked extensively with the firm’s Boston, Sleaford and Grantham offices in his previous roles and has been appointed to work for Duncan & Toplis Probate Services. He will be handling wills, assisting with powers of attorney and advising on probate, tax and inheritance matters.

Graeme Hills, head of legal practice, said: “Graham joins our team at an exciting time. It has been a very promising start since we launched the probate service and his years of experience and local knowledge will help us offer even more to our clients.”

ICAEW became an approved regulator and licensing authority for probate in 2014.
