Stephen Hill, finance director of services business Connaught, steps down at the end of October after four years in the role
Stephen Hill, the finance director of FTSE 250 business Connaught, is
stepping down later this year, according to the business’ interim management
statement.
Hill steps down after fours year at the end of October. He joined the
business in September 2006 having spent more than 13 years in a variety of
financial roles in various listed companies.
Prior to Connaught Hill, who trained with Chantrey Vellacott, was corporate
finance director at managed services company Serco Group from 2001 to 2006, and
has previously worked as European finance director at Black & Decker.
Connaught is currently searching for a successor.
Other news in the statement reveals the current chief executive Mark
Tincknell will step down with immediate effect.
Tincknell agreed with the chairman Roy Gardner that in order to recover from
recent health issues he will relinquish his title. Ian Carlisle currently chief
executive of the compliance division will take on the role on an interim basis.
