Grade II listed premises in Birmingham beckon for the firm
A NEW FLAGSHIP PROPERTY will be the home for Chantrey Vellacott DFK in Birmingham.
The firm is moving from its Hagley Road office to new premises on 35 Calthorpe Road once renovation on the Grade II building is complete.
The new premises will offer 4,750 sq ft of space, on a seven-year lease.
“This move will be a major milestone in the history of Chantrey Vellacott so we’re delighted it has been agreed. It paves the way for further future growth of the firm in the Midlands,” said Suk Aulak, partner at Chantrey Vellacott in Birmingham.
“The firm has outgrown its current offices and so moving into a bespoke building fits in with the expansion plans we have for the future.”
Chantrey Vellacott has a 40-strong Birmingham team, which is expected to make the move in May 2011.
