Gerald Edelman acquires Surrey firm Vista Partners
Accountancy and advisory firm Gerald Edelman has acquired Redhill-based Vista Partners, strengthening its presence across Surrey, Sussex, and the South East.
Vista Partners provides accounting, audit, tax compliance, business advisory, and personal tax planning services, primarily to owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
The firm is led by partners Gary Proudlock and Susan Jones, who will remain in post and work alongside the Gerald Edelman team.
The move forms part of Gerald Edelman’s wider strategy to expand its national reach while deepening client relationships in key regional markets.
Founded in 1946, Gerald Edelman is headquartered in London and comprises over 20 partners. The firm advises middle-market companies across the UK and internationally.
