Kreston welcomes Glasgow accountancy firm into network
Consilium Chartered Accountants joins Kreston International
KRESTON INTERNATIONAL has boosted its network of UK firms to 15 after welcoming Glasgow-based Consilium Chartered Accountants into its fold.
Consilium managing partner Charles Burton said: “We are delighted to be joining the Kreston International Network. When we set up Consilium as an independent practice in November 2013 we recognised the importance of joining an international network that shares our standards and values.
“We considered a number of options but decided that Kreston was the best fit for us. We remain in a position to provide quality, independent advice to our clients, but we are now better placed to provide a cohesive service to those with a growing international presence.”
His sentiments were echoed by Jon Lisby, CEO of Kreston CEO: ‘We are delighted to welcome Charles and his team. The firm will add significant value to both Kreston UK and to the global membership.”
Founded in 1971, Kreston International covers 108 countries through its 186 firms and 20,000 staff.
