Suffolk firms merge to create 20-strong team
Jacobs Allen and Paul Donno & Co bring together their practices
A 20-STRONG TEAM has been created after Jacobs Allen and Paul Donno & Co merged yesterday.
The Suffolk practices will trade under the Jacobs Allen brand, operating from Bury St Edmonds and Haverhill offices.
Jacobs Allen, established in 1992, is run by director Keith Senior, with key expertise in tax planning. Paul Donno founded Paul Donno & Co in 1993, and is a specialist in Sage’s accountancy products and services.
The merged business intends to leverage technology to streamline processes and deliver better value tax services to clients.
“We have a lot of respect and mutual appreciation of each other’s skills. Merging the two businesses presents a fantastic commercial opportunity to combine our complementary skill sets,” said Senior.
Donno said: “I am really excited about the merger and the huge potential it presents. Our core values are very similar; we focus on the client, take time to listen, find out what is going on in their business and understand their needs and objectives. It is only by doing this that we can add value through the advice and support we give.”
