MAZARS has welcomed a new partner to its Birmingham-based corporate finance team. Nick Johnson led the corporate finance arm of Deloitte’s Midlands office for several years before branching out on his own.
Johnson has come from running boutique advisory business Atticus and has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, capital raising and restructuring.
Andrew Millington, corporate finance partner at the firm’s Birmingham office, described his appointment as “a major coup”, saying: “This will further strengthen our proposition as a significant operator in the corporate finance arena capable of handling a broad range of deals, locally, nationally and internationally.”
