Long standing accountant voted to the board
AIM-LISTED ENERGY company, Renewable Energy, has appointed Roger Harper, a chartered accountant, as a non-executive director.
Harper brings 39 years of experience as a chartered accountant to the board and was the director of finance for Stuart, Smalley & Co LLC, a firm of solicitors.
Renewable Energy CEO Mike Proffitt welcomed Roger to the board.
“I would like to welcome Roger Harper to the board and believe he will provide valuable assistance to REH, particularly in view if his extensive experience in the Isle of Man and his broad commercial expertise,” he said.
