BKL launches litigation support service

BKL Litigation Support launched

North London firm Berg Kaprow Lewis (BKL) has created a team to help resolve financial disputes.

BKL Litigation Support will aim at helping disputes over the valuation of a business, potential negligence claims over taxation advice or forensic accounting investigations.

The firm has three partners it believes have the expertise and experience to manage the department: David Whiscombe, a non-practising barrister; former Big Four litigation support expert Daniel Shear; and litigation specialist Howard Graff.

“I am sure that this is an area of our practice which will continue to expand over the coming years,” said Brian Berg, managing partner at BKL.
