AccountancyAge.com understands both parties and parent group Andersen Worldwide have today been notified that an announcement will be made on Monday.
Under the terms of the arbitration, the parties concerned were due to be told a decision was imminent one working day before it was presented.
A spokesman for Arthur Andersen, said: ‘We expect formal notification today that the arbitrators ruling will be delivered to the three parties in Paris on Monday.’
