Deloitte Consulting and US Interactive, a leading Internet professional services company, have announced a strategic alliance to offer Fortune 500 clients a one-stop e-business solution. The alliance leverages Deloitte Consulting’s strategic e-business and technology integration expertise and US Interactive’s Internet technology, marketing and strategy abilities. It is claimed that customers will benefit from end-to-end solutions that deliver a full suite of service offerings, from specialised online creative services to order fulfilment and logistics. Steve Zarrilli, CEO and president of US Interactive said that his company was thrilled that Deloitte Consulting had selected US Interactive as a partner. “The combination of US Interactive and Deloitte Consulting offers a unique and unmatched array of services to our mutual clients. As a result, our clients will receive superior e-business and e-commerce solutions,” he said. Deloitte Consulting and US Interactive are currently working on a large joint project for Clubessential, a new company sponsored by KSL Recreation Corporation of California, a leading provider of leisure and recreation clubs. The project will see the alliance develop Internet site software for the private club industry. It’s results will be unveiled in the first quarter of 2000.
