Deloitte has appointed Robert Miller as a new executive remuneration partner in its global employer services practice
DELOITTE has appointed Robert Miller as a new executive remuneration partner in its global employer services practice.
Miller will be building the profile and expertise of the executive remuneration team in the areas of life sciences and TMT companies.
Miller previously worked at compensation and rewards consultant Radford, where he led the EMEA reward business, with a particular focus on Switzerland and the Nordics.
Mitul Shah, Head of Reward in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice, said: “Robert built a very successful practice at Radford, advising life sciences and TMT companies on executive pay and sales incentives, and will be an excellent addition to our existing reward business.”
Robert Miller said: “I look forward to building our executive reward and sales incentive consulting presence in the areas of life sciences and TMT in Switzerland and the Nordics.”
Deloitte has recently promoted 623 professionals to partner, an increase of 4% from 2015.
