KPMG and Oracle partner to provide cloud offering
KPMG and Oracle to provide finance and tax transformation services through tie-up
A COLLABORATION on tax and cloud services has been confirmed by KPMG and accountancy software provider Oracle under a joint initiative dubbed KPMG Powered Finance.
The tie-up aims to make finance and tax transformation services available to FTSE 350 organisations and increase the speed with which businesses can transform their finance functions.
It is hoped the offering will improve performance benchmarking both within clients’ own sector and across various markets.
KPMG head of financial management Patrick Fenton said: “Far too often we hear stories about fast-growing firms being constrained by their finance capability or because the software they bought into during their embryonic years is no longer able to support their needs.
“By teaming up with Oracle we are demonstrating our commitment to technology-driven change, with the crucial recognition that cloud-based tools and programmes give organisations the freedom they need to adapt and grow.”
