THE OFFICIAL relaunch of PKF in the UK has taken place, with the rebranding of Littljohn to PKF Littlejohn.
The London-based firm, 38th in the Accountancy Age Top 50 +50 survey, joins the international network following the merger of PKF into BDO in the UK – which left the PKF network with a UK partner.
PKF Littlejohn has left accountancy association PrimeGlobal in the switchover.
Carmine Papa, PKF Littlejohn’s managing partner (pictured), said: “PKF International is a highly respected brand around the world, and we are delighted to be its representative in London.
“We have received enormously positive feedback from both our clients and our employees about becoming PKF Littlejohn.”
PKF International CEO John Sim, the firm fitted “perfectly” with its profile of independent member firms.
“PKF Littlejohn has already brought its energy to our network, including involving member firms in their extensive portfolio of international assignments. In addition, PKF Littlejohn is setting up an international group within PKFI to serve the insurance industry- a sector where the firm has particular expertise.
“Soon to follow will be a European tax network and a transfer pricing group, and a group serving international charities.”
The network is still on the hunt to find at least one more UK member firm in the regions, as PKF Littlejohn predominantly serves London clients.
It has been a busy few weeks for PKF Littlejohn, which saw Papa take on the managing partner role from Paul Hopper.
