CCW partner Fiona Hotston Moore to leave firm

CROWE CLARK WHITEHILL partner and head of corporate business in London Fiona Hotston Moore is stepping down from the firm.

She joined the firm from Mazars at the end of 2010, along with several other Mazars partners. She is due to leave CCW at the end of the month and has lined up a role at another firm for later this year.

“I confirm that I am leaving CCW on 30 June to pursue a new opportunity … I am now taking a few weeks holiday over the summer to spend time with my family,” said Hotston Moore.

She was previously managing partner at MRI Moores Rowland prior to its merger with Mazars in 2007.

In June last year, Hotston Moore, Robin Stevens and Stephen Bullock jointly settled on a legal claim against their former firm Mazars – with the initial claim outlining Mazars withheld funds owed to them.

In October 2010, Accountancy Age revealed Hotston Moore had filed a sexual discrimination claim against Mazars which was resolved as part of the above settlement.
