New CFO at IT business Expansys
FD heavyweight Chris Ogle takes the CFO role at IT business Expansys, succeeding acting CFO Tim Eltze - who is promoted to president of US operations
FINANCE DIRECTOR VETERAN Chris Ogle takes the role of chief financial officer at IT company Expansys.
Ogle (pictured) has previously worked as FD of software developer Flomerics for eight years. While there, he was pivotal in its expansion across more than 12 countries.
Ogle qualified at Price Waterhouse and spent two years as a management accountant at WPP, nine years at Telstar Entertainment where he was latterly deputy group FD, and finance chief at Artilium.
Most recently he has wored as a consultant for two years and was previously deputy chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee’s Quoted Companies Alliance.

Ogle succeeds acting CFO and chief operating officer Tim Eltze, who has been recruited as president of US operations. Eltze has held senior finance roles at marketing business Maritz, and O2.
Cate Hulme was formerly CFO at Expansys having stepped down in July 2010. She is now operations and finance director at Tactical Solutions. Hulme is a former senior manager at both Ernst & Young and PwC.
