Taxand finds new global leader

Baxter takes on global role

Taxand, the international network of tax advisers have made Richard Baxter
the new leader of its global indirect tax service line.

Baxter is currently a managing director with Taxand UK.

The new role will bring a focus on VAT for major Us and European companies.
Baxter has led the indirect tax compliance team at Deloittee and was head of
indirect tax with Arthur Andersen.

Baxter’s deputy will be Alain Recoules, a partner with Taxand France.
