Online travel retailer says it has agreed with FD Colin McKinlay that he will step down from the board today
Travelzest, the online holiday retailer, has agreed to part company with FD
Colin McKinlay.
He is being replaced by John Fraser, currently CFO of iTravel2000,
Travelzest’s largest subsidiary.
The AIM quoted company said: ‘The Board of Travelzest announces that the
company and Colin McKinlay, group finance director, have agreed that Mr McKinlay
will today step down as group finance director.
‘Mr McKinlay has agreed to remain on the board until no later than 30 June
2009 to assist with the transition of his duties.’
