Ian Shelton joins PwC, Andersen and former FD on list to face disciplinary tribunal
The former financial controller of Mayflower subsidiary TransBus is to face
complaints from the Accountancy Investigation and Discipline Board.
Ian Shelton will face a disciplinary tribunal next year following an
investigation by AIDB executive counsel Cameron Scott. The complaint relates to
irregularities in the operation of an invoice discounting facility at TransBus.
Earlier this year, the AIDB laid complaints against former Mayflower auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen as well as ex finance director David Thomas
Donnelly in relation to the collapse of the former bus manufacturer.
