Solution 6 acquired by MYOB
Australian-listed software company MYOB has snapped up accounting software provider Solution 6.

Only two Solution 6 non-executive directors will join MYOB’s board following the merger, which will be headed by MYOB CEO Craig Winkler.
Solution 6 chief executive officer Neil Gamble will stay with the merged entity for a three-month transition period.
The transaction is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval, but should be finalised within the ‘next few months’.
