Is this change in corporate identity going to change the attitudes of partners, managers and senior staff to the key activity of networking, the most effective method to attract new business?
Unless the managing director and his board create, as a priority, a source to help these key people market, sell and promote the firm and its services, then the growth that is required for a plc will not be satisfactory to outside shareholders.
Like every other profession, we are not trained or equipped to sell ourselves.
