Labour E-minister Patricia Hewitt, shadow technology minister Alan Duncan and IT spokesman Richard Allan MP of the Liberal Democrats expressed a commitment to science, research and development, and the need to attract relevant skills and properly regulate the industry to allow it to expand internationally.
