World sees CIoT chief freeze
Richard Mannion, stalwart president of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, has been striking unflattering poses.
In a publication that shall remain nameless, media man Mannion describes how he helped out Radio Bristol with commentary on Budget day.
His image was beamed across the tax-watching world via a web cam, only the picture was refreshed every three minutes, leaving Mannion looking like he was playing musical statues and stuck in some hilarious poses.
Let’s hope he’s not so slow when offering tax advice.
