Merger expands HLB Kidsons presence in Yorkshire
Bradford-based accountancy firm Rawlinsons has merged with the Leeds office of HLB Kidsons.
Bradford-based accountancy firm Rawlinsons has merged with the Leeds office of HLB Kidsons.
The merger with Rawlinsons expands Kidsons’ presence in Yorkshire and puts the firm in the top-ten accountancy practices in the area. The firm will operate from its current offices with seven partners and 62 staff, bringing the total number of HLB Kidsons employees to 15 partners and 140 staff in the region.
‘Rawlinsons is exactly the kind of client-focused practice that we are looking for,’ said Leeds office managing partner Donnie Darroch.
‘Their specialist local knowledge combined with our existing national resources will produce a leading business advisory team for Yorkshire.’
After the merger, both firms will continue to provide a range of accounting and business advisory services to businesses across Yorkshire.
Rawlinsons’ Senior Partner Richard Hayter said: ‘The benefits of combining our teams promises an exciting future for everyone involved.’
