    Geoffrey Robinson denies Transtec allegations as police move in

    Former paymaster general Geoffrey Robinson has welcomed a police investigation into Transtec but dismissed allegations of wrongdoing as grudges by embittered former employees.

    The allegations were made by former Transtec accountant Max Ayriss who said Robinson, who founded Transtec, had instructed him to ‘maximise’ grant applications.

    But Robinson yesterday dismissed the allegations, also made by former Transtec sales manager Peter Dickinson, as the ‘bitter grudges of two former employees who were both asked to leave the company.’
