THE CHANCELLOR has set a date in March for coalition's budget announcement.
Chancellor George Osborne (pictured) has announced the 2013 budget will be held on Wednesday 20 March, the BBC reports.

He made the announcement at a speech he made to MPs during Commons Treasury Questions.
Today is also marks the release of the finance bill draft legislation on General Anti-Avoidance Rules (GAAR).
This is the fourth budget Osborne will perform since the coalition came to power in 2010, with the Autumn Statement having taken place earlier this month.
