A Chartered Accountant was shocked to discover his firm had lost £1,000 worth of time on just one client after upgrading to an advanced version of some well-known tax software. So, he turned to IRIS.

James Shepherd, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, was shocked when he realised that his newly-established firm faced losing £1,000 worth of time on every client. This was because a new version of his tax software led to the time dealing with one client doubling. He ran into even greater trouble when needing to report for a major client – a Cornish pasty franchiser with multiple branches across Cornwall and Devon. He said: “It was insane how difficult the software made branch reporting.”  So, he decided it was vital he switch provider for his 500 clients.
