Accountancy Age opens nominations for the 35 under 35 2025, in partnership with AJ Chambers

London, UK – Accountancy Age is proud to announce the return of its flagship annual 35 under 35 rankings, spotlighting the brightest and most influential young professionals transforming the UK accountancy profession.

Delivered in partnership with specialist recruiter AJ Chambers, the initiative recognises exceptional individuals under the age of 35 who have demonstrated outstanding achievements across the field—whether through technical excellence, client impact, leadership, innovation, or driving meaningful change within their organisations or the wider community.

Since its inception, the 35 under 35 list has become a key moment in the industry calendar. It serves not only as a celebration of achievement but also as a platform for the next generation of leaders to gain the recognition they deserve and inspire others entering the profession.

In 2025, the list aims to reflect the growing diversity of the sector—featuring talent from practice and in-house roles, fintech startups, public bodies, and beyond. The judging panel will assess nominations based on career achievements, industry contributions, and future potential.

Nominations are now open and can be submitted via a short form, including a supporting statement or video. Both self-nominations and peer nominations are encouraged.
