We have an opportunity for a seasoned Financial Controller to join us. As well as taking the lead on all accounting functions at Cross Keys Homes, the post holder will lead and inspire our team of accountants, managers, and employees, a team of c.20 individuals, across all areas of finance, helping them to really focus on their internal customers and excel by seeing the outperforming of objectives as the norm.
This is a high-profile role within the organisation with plenty of opportunities to interact with the executive team, and we consider it to be a great opportunity for the right person to make this a career defining post. Your finance experience will have been gained in a social housing setting, and you will be as at home with statutory and management financial accounts and reporting, tax accounting and internal controls as you are with stakeholder engagement across the organisation, and leading teams of people to get the very best from them.
