Are you a proactive, organised and collaborative individual with a proven track record in producing high-quality 
management accounts? Do you have an active business partnering approach and strong spreadsheet and 
systems skills?

If so, Nesta is looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team, where you will be responsible for the production and dissemination of the management accounts, in-year reforecasting and detailed annual budget setting.

About this exciting opportunity
This pivotal role will see our Senior Management Accountant focus on a broad range of key duties, including the production and dissemination of the monthly management accounts and of both mid-year and ad-hoc reforecasts. You will also drive the annual budget process once the high-level scoping is complete and provide insightful business focused advice and partnering across the organisation, plus: 
•    Support CFO/HoF in preparing Board and Committee papers 
•    Ensure financial controls remain strong 
•    Support the HoF in producing the year-end statutory accounts 
•    Enjoy line management responsibility for one Management Accountant 
What we are looking for
A qualified accountant with significant experience in producing high-quality management accounts, you will also have strong spreadsheet and system skills with experience of SUN/Vision Q&A preferred, while experience of PowerBI (or other BI solution-led) dashboard reporting and Adaptive Insights is highly desirable.

An outstanding communicator, you must be able to present financial information to non-financial colleagues, and have strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, flexible and committed approach to your work is vital, while experience of working in a charitable organisation would be advantageous.
