AJ Chambers are currently working with an outstanding Chartered Accountancy Firm based in Central London who are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Payroller with a ???can do??? attitude to join their growing team.


  • Processing monthly payroll, auto-enrolment and advising clients of amounts to pay
  • Corresponding with client regarding their PAYE/NIC and Net wages payments
  • Logging starters and leavers onto the payroll software
  • Dealing with SMP and SSP calculations
  • Creating reports
  • Changing bank and personal details
  • Creating and updating trackers/checklists
  • Assisting with the preparation of forms P11D
  • Checking pay slips, starter details, sickness, leavers, COD???s and maternity calculations
  • Handling P60???s and pay slips
  • Dealing with queries regarding payroll, via phone and email

Ideal candidate:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll position within accountancy practice
  • Use of Sage payroll would be beneficial although not essential
  • Good communication skills with both clients and team members are essential
