This newly created role will report into the Senior Finance Manager who reports to the Finance Director, owning the numbers for a £500M turnover business and will business partner the Senior Leadership Team with significant opportunities for career progression and personal development.

As the Senior FP&A Analyst you will have first line responsibility for delivering the business forecasts, annual budget and strategic plan, with insightful information and analysis, to support the strategy of Senior Management.
You will partner stakeholders across the business up to C-level to fully understand the key business drivers and be able to explain and create reports to senior management and Senior Finance leaders.
This analysis reaches up to the European CFO, helping the Senior Leadership Team understand and drive performance of a region covering 30 countries and £2.8Bn in revenue.
You will perform regular analysis of key business drivers, understanding contract and country performance - helping to identify risks and opportunities for revenue growth.
Experience requirements for the FP&A Business Analyst:
- ACA qualified accountant
- Exposure to FTSE companies, and current FP&A or Group Reporting experience
- Attention to detail as well as the ability to connect the dots and identify business trends and opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to win the respect and confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholders up to C-level
