Finance Administrator / Purchase Ledger
One of my clients within the fresh produce industry is looking for a Finance Administrator / Purchase Ledger to support the running of the Finance department based in Dartford.
Inputting of invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Supplier query handling
Sales invoicing for wholesale market customers
Weight Returns pricing
Grower claims administration
Summer Account Sales Valuations
Covering other Finance Admin in their absence
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Good attention to detail
Time management skills
Pro-active, persistent and professional
Providing excellent customer service and support when required both customer & supplier facing.
Good standard of written and verbal English.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a commercial environment
IT Skills, including MS Office (particularly Excel)
