As the Audit and Accounts Manager, you will be working closely with the Partners and will benefit from their advice on professional development and career growth. Meeting clients and ensuring their expectations are kept and exceeded will be a vital part of your role, which is why you need to have excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful Audit and Accounts Manager will:

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified

• Possess strong technical knowledge and experience within a practice environment

• Be able to lead a team and supervise junior members of the team

• Be articulate, flexible and have strong organisational skills
