Assisting two managers with case management, particularly in the initial set up stages
Completing initial case information, including generating first draft KYC and compliance questionnaires.
Contacting Directors, Accountants and other third parties for information
Extracting the relevant information from documentation provided by third parties
Checking and entering data in IPS
Maintaining compliance recorded whilst a case is ongoing
Preparing first draft letters and reports
Preparing first draft Statements of Affairs
Monitoring IPS case diaries
Generating reports from various IT packages
Email and telephone communication with clients and third parties including HMRC
Preparing post appointment VAT and corporation tax returns
Listing and boxing client records
Assist in initial investigations by reviewing client bank statements for unusual transactions
The successful candidate will have had 3-5 years insolvency experience, gained in practice. They will need to have the ability to support the managers and the willingness to learn. The managers and partners are happy to train.
Enthusiasm is the most important attribute that the candidate must possess. A hardworking, can do attitude is needed and welcomed.
