Finance Reporting Analyst, up to £48,000 + Benefits

For a global organisation, we are recruiting for a Finance Analyst - Reporting and MI top report to the Head of Planning and Reporting. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of management information and will align the different aspects of reporting and analysis. This role will business partner with internal customers and will need someone who has experience of management reporting in a Group / Head Office environment and who can deliver to tight deadlines. The Finance Analyst - Reporting and MI will need to understand how to operate in a complex international structure and across different disciplines and times zones.

Main Duties:
  • Provision of comprehensive financial and management reporting to key users of financial information in the UK, Regions and globally
  • Produce monthly management packs to the senior leadership team, CEO and externally on a monthly basis, communicating performance
  • Working with Shared Service Centre (India) to support and improve monthly close processes
  • Financial analysis and iterations to support ad-hoc and regular business demand, identifying trends
  • Manage global reporting timetable along with global planning departments
  • Work with Head of Planning and Reporting to ensure management information is robust and useful
  • Develop and improve monthly / quarterly reporting of balance sheet, cash flow and FX
  • Produce financial and management accounts and analysis

Person Specification:
  • Qualified Accountant with substantial experience of financial planning and analysis and MI reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of working in complex international structures at a Group level and across difference disciples and time zones
  • Financial Planning and Analysis experience including management information reporting
  • SAP experience with advanced Excel development and modelling exposure
  • Experience of developing and optimising SAP accounting and planning applications
  • People skills to implement change programmes
