Build strong relationships with employees across the business including key stakeholders, and work with and support the finance team to make payments to schemes and reconcile accounts. You will need to keep up to date with current payroll regulations and work alongside the Payroll Manager on future planning, incorporating any changes to compliance and regular reporting to the HR & Finance team. It is essential that you understand HR information systems and have previous experience of Pensions or Payroll and be advanced in using Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of using iTrent is also desirable.
