Robert Half are seeking to recruit an experienced, full time, temporary purchase ledger to join our client based within Edinburgh working within the financial industry, with core working hours to be between 9-5pm. This is the ideal role for a skilled end-to-end purchase ledger that is looking to join a company that provides a fast paced, enjoyable working environment for all employees.



Role:
  • Review and processing a high volume of purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements, working on Sage system
  • Post supplier statements directly to Sage
  • Reconcile & post all credit card payments, including petty cash items
  • Maintain and control the purchase ordering systems
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare all live information at financial year end




Profile:
  • Experience within working as a purchase ledger.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft systems
  • To be able to work as part of a team but also, at times, on their own
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service


Salary & Benefits:
  • £10-£11 per hour
  • Holiday pay accrued hourly
