Our client is a leading distribution business based in Swindon, following a restructure in the team they have a new position available for a strong FP&A Reporting Manager to help drive one the main business units forward.

Reporting into the head of the division, the FP&A Reporting Manager will be responsible for the entire FP&A process and driving improvements:
  • Taking responsibility for the design of efficient and effective reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders, while ensuring optimal design, production and quality to minimise the risk of duplication or "over-reporting"
  • Controlling reporting changes (introduction of new reports and changes to existing)
  • Ensuring the full suite of general internal financial and business reports is catalogued and managed
  • Measuring reporting accuracy and adherence to standards

  • Profile

    Key requirements:
  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA finalist, or newly qualified
  • Significant experience in designing and creating business reports
  • Excellent ability to analyse and understand financial and non-financial information with high degree of curiosity
  • Strong systems and reporting capabilities
  • Good level of objectivity and ability to draw insight out of data analysis
