Robert Half are recruiting for a global commercial real estate and Facilities Management organisation headquartered in Los Angeles. The organisation in question has a global revenue in excess of $11 Billion and over 70,000 employees globally. The company are a New York Stock Exchange Listed organisation and part of the S&P 500. A successful year ahead sees them recruit for a Finance and Contract Support Manager.

As a Finance and Contract Support Manager you will be report directly to the Divisional Finance Director. As part of your responsibilities you will; Prepare annual Business Unit plans in conjunction with the BU director and contract manager, prepare accurate Business Unit reports in line with company timetable including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, and detailed Project Profitability reporting. You will fully comprehend the financial and commercial detail of contracts to ensure optimal performance and risk management and also provide financial and contract support leadership and direction in the Business Unit.

Salary & Requirements: £65-75k + Further benefits including a yearly bonus. All candidates must be fully qualified and have had significant management accounting experience with commercial exposure. Prior Facilities Management experience is essential
