Robert Half Finance and Accounting are seeking a Payroll Clerk for an organisation in West Swansea



Role

Produce weekly payroll- basic, overtime, shift allowance, deductions paid every Friday. Produce monthly payroll Produce monthly pensioner payrolls. Produce, reconcile and post the monthly payroll journals. Manage payroll deductions, pensions, PAYE, court orders etc. Liaise with HR administrator on attendance system to ensure all hours are ready for loading into payroll system. Manage monthly HMRC reports and produce schedules for payment of PAYE. Produce P11D'd at year-end. Produce payroll reports. Deal with payroll queries. Manage pensions and ensure company complies with regulations

Profile

We are seeking a candidate with at least a years payroll experience.
