This role is best suited to someone part-qualified or with the relevant experience and previous experience within a practice is crucial.
The role will be for around 4-8 weeks to cover the workload whilst a new member of staff is sourced.
You will be responsible for taking tasks for various client accounts (usually sole traders and ltd. companies) i.e:
- Accounts Preparation
- Basic taxation calculations
- Production management accounts
- Liaising with clients to ensure relevant documentation is received
- Answering queries
- Posting journals
- VAT returns
The following skills are a MUST:
- PREVIOUS PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
- Accounts preparation and production will be needed
This is a small but highly successful general practice firm who offer a varied workload, approachable team and a family unit feel.
The office is easily accessible from Dunbar, Tranent, Musselburgh, Prestonpans, North Berwick etc.
Salary & Benefits
Temporary rate will be between £11ph and £13ph plus holiday pay
