- Inputting on sage and dealing with supplier invoices
- Managing over 200-300 accounts and ensuring all stay within their credit terms (Credit Control)
- Responsible for all Sales & Administration duties for both company's
- Take telephone orders and process them for dispatch
- Process sales ledger and Purchase ledger
- Checking accuracy of the discounts offered and VAT if applicable.
- Inputting purchase orders on the system.
- 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch over 4 days
- Standard Pension
