A vacancy has arisen for a Distribution Manager to join our International Centre for Electronic Navigational Charts (IC ENC). It is an exciting time to join the IC ENC team, as the fast paced developments within this industry are enabling a variety of successful business opportunities. This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work with international stakeholders and to positively impact financial revenue.
You will therefore need strong financial and business acumen, as you create and lead developments that successful maximise revenue. Excellent communication and influencing skills will also enable you to develop successful stakeholder relationships and monitor performance through audit activities.
The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly is also key, as it will enable to you to build a strong knowledge base of the business and its products, as well as allow you to succeed in an ever changing, fast paced environment. While you will benefit from plenty of support courtesy of our ‘one team’ approach, this role will require you to be autonomous and make effective decisions.

- Experience or the ability to develop a knowledge base of the distribution methods of charting products and ENCs (for example international regulations and organisations, challenges faced).
- An understanding of ECDIS, ENCs and the associated IHO and IMO standards.
