Role Overview

As a Robert Half Recruitment Consultant you will be taking ownership and responsibility for pipelining highly skilled professionals in your chosen market. Recruiting functions include locating top talent in your market, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent or temporary basis. Your role will involve internal and external stakeholder management. You will be responsible for generating new business, identifying clients' needs and providing suitable candidates for positions. Individuals in this position will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.


Sourcing/Recruiting
  • Manage, shape, and develop your candidate base and market
  • Responsible for searching our internal database for Active/Inactive Candidates
  • Create ads for job openings, posting to relevant job boards
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other search strategies to attract candidates
  • Evaluate and analyse CVs
  • Coordinate candidate interviews
  • Adding new candidates to the candidate database
  • Utilise your growing candidate network
  • Search job boards for candidates


Business Goal Planning
  • Strategise with Manager to accomplish weekly business and personal growth goals
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients & candidates
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients


Lead Management
  • Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition
  • Identify and obtain new leads and business development opportunities on a daily basis
  • Personally accountable for meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets and KPI's.




Business Development
  • Manage, shape, and develop your client base and market
  • Responsible for searching our internal database for Active/Inactive Clients
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other search strategies to attract clients/companies
  • Evaluate and analyse Companies in local area
  • Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Making recommendations to clients regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements.
  • Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
  • Generating new Business.
