Accounting Experience (Primarily Sales Ledger)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)



Duties and Responsibilities - Sales Ledger



1.Set up new customers and maintain existing account details

2.Raise sales invoices and credit notes in the accounting system

3.Intercompany Recharges

4.Answer enquiries from customers

5.Liaise with Credit Control and Admin Teams, Contract Managers
  • Maintain Purchase Order spreadsheet
  • Complete other projects as needed to support the accounting department.





  • Expected Skills and Qualifications

    One to two years of work experience in an accounting field.

    Knowledge of general accounting principles

    Numeracy and data entry skills

    Attention to details

    Excellent verbal communication skills, good phone skills

    Flexible, enthusiastic and can do attitude
