As an Accounts Manager, you will support the firm's innovative Partner and the firm is looking for a self-motivated individual, with a passion for management and who can work with a high level of authority when necessary.

Managing a team of 8 Junior Staff members, you will be responsible for their professional development through coaching, monitoring their exam performance and reviewing their work.

You will strive to enhance efficiency by identifying the most cost-effective approach to the job, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
