Based in central Bristol our client offer free onsite parking. This Bristol site will suit candidates looking from Bath, Bristol and any surrounding areas.
Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements to Sage
- Post supplier payment transactions to Sage
- Reconcile & post credit card payments and petty cash items
- Maintain purchase order system
- Liaise with auditors and prepare all associated information at year end
- Any general administration duties as required
The ideal candidate
- 2-3 years purchase ledger experience
- Multi-ledger experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Good excel including Pivots / V Look ups
