I am partnering with a £12 Million turnover legal business based in Marlow that are hiring a qualified Financial Controller to run the finance function. Due to the nature of their business, company secretarial experience is a requirement.

Client Details

Our client are a £12 Million turnover law firm based in Marlow that have around 180 employees across multiple sites. They have seen steady growth over the past 5 years and have a growth strategy in place for the next 5 years.

Description

Due to a retirement within the finance team, my client are seeking a financial controller to join and run the finance department. You will have three direct reports that all sit within finance and you will be the main point of contact for anyone within the company on financial matters. Duties will include, preparing annual budgets, producing monthly management accounts, Payroll, VAT returns, full annual accounts for submission to HMRC.

You will have company secretarial responsibilities also.



Profile

The ideal candidate would have come from an SME background, circa £10 million turnover and have been in a managerial position.

You must have company secretarial experience and be a qualified accountant or equivalent.
